Moving is always an adventure! My husband and I have lived in three homes...our first was a furnished apartment at Asbury Theological Seminary.  Everything in that apartment was brown or orange...but it was ours!  Our second apartment had two bedrooms and brown shag carpet.  We were thrilled because we had enough furniture to fill it (thanks to our loving friends and family!) We now live in a house with a lot of character.  It is over 100 years old and has plenty of room for our dog Zoe and the two of us!

This week's challenge for Cricut Cardz Challenge is threefold...
  • Use a house
  • Use a flourish
  • Use lace

My card was made using several different cartridges.  The house is from Don Juan, the sun is from Wild Card, and the flourish and the cloud is from Home Accents. My border punch is from Martha Steward and is my lace contribution...sorry, no lace in my collection of ribbons! The yellow plaid rick rack ribbon comes from a church rummage sale a couple of years ago! :)

I'm happy with how it turned out...maybe one of my friends who is moving into a new house may be receiving it soon! :)

Super great card. I love the pretty colors. My husband and I have a dream to get rid of our house. We are empty nesters with a five bedroom home. We are ready to downsize and just put our house up for sale. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Cricut Cardz.
